Parks & Recreation: Group Park Projects

Join us at Hillsboro Parks & Recreation for a unique opportunity to bond and give back to the community through our Group Volunteer Projects! This program is specially designed for groups of friends, work teams, businesses, clubs, and non-profits looking to engage in team-building activities while contributing to the beauty and upkeep of our parks.

We welcome groups of 10 or more to participate in a range of activities based on the current needs of our parks. Your team might find themselves spreading mulch in landscaped areas, washing park amenities, removing leaves, weeding, planting flowers, or other tasks that enhance the beauty of our parks. For smaller groups of fewer than 10, we offer self-led project options, ensuring everyone has a chance to contribute.

Our projects are scheduled seven days a week to accommodate your group's availability, typically lasting between 2-3 hours. Hillsboro Parks & Recreation will supply all necessary tools and materials, along with a project lead to guide your group.

Your participation not only strengthens team bonds but also plays a crucial role in making Hillsboro's parks shine brighter.
