Emergency Management: Inclement Weather

During periods of inclement weather the City of Hillsboro extends hours of some of their facilities to provide a space to get warm or cool to those who aren’t able to escape the elements. This position works with City staff at an assigned location to create a welcoming environment to those who need the respite.

Volunteers may also receive opportunities to help out at our partner's cooling centers as well.
