Library: Friends Spring Book Sale Customer Service 2026

Help shoppers find the perfect item as a customer service associate at one of the largest used book sales in the region.  Be part of this epic fundraiser, as the Friends of the Library sell thousands of books and other media to eager shoppers.  You'll help people find what they are looking for, you'll help restock shelves, you'll help shoppers put their armloads of purchases in the hold area!  Bring your best customer service skills, your love of books, and your ability to be on your feet for at least a two hour shift to volunteer for this event!  If you have not volunteered with the Friends, the Friends Book Sale or the Hillsboro Public Library before (or within the last three years), you are welcome to volunteer, but will be required to attend a one-hour orientation prior to the beginning of the sale period, to be arranged.
